What is an Executive
An "Executive Physical" combines a comprehensive
history and physical examination with advanced screening tests.
Custom-tailored diagnostic evaluations, recommended by experienced
physicians, focus on promoting wellness and prevention.
The patient's age and gender, as well as their
medical/surgical history, family history and their personal nutrition,
exercise and lifestyle issues are incorporated in the medical interview.
Immunization and vaccination status are reviewed. Each patient undergoes a
thorough, extended physical examination(and gynecological exam for women)
by a licensed Medical Doctor.
Blood and urine samples
are submitted for extensive personalized laboratory testing. Routine
chemistry, blood counts and cholesterol levels are determined. Sophisticated
customized laboratory analyses are performed further profiling
the patient's metabolic and hormonal status. Confidential HIV and
STD (sexually transmitted diseases) testing is also available.
Traditional routine screening tests (mammogram, EKG,
colonoscopy, etc.) are ordered and technologically progressive diagnostic
radiology studies are considered on an individual basis.
Once the extensive lab testing and screening studies
are complete, a follow-up consultation is scheduled. The doctor then
reviews test results with the patient providing personalized guidelines
and specific recommendations to help maintain
optimal health. A written report is provided to the

The main focuses for optimal health and quality of life can be seen in
all of the following groups:
- Quality medical care and preventive care by
caring physicians. We would never dream of owning a valuable automobile
without providing the necessary maintenance and care the vehicle
requires. Likewise, we would want to know of any minor problems early

and our bodies deserve far greater care, but many people often neglect
and ignore the most valuable thing in their lives - their health. Many
people realize the importance of regular medical checkups and care when
a close friend or loved one becomes seriously ill. Executive Physicals
is here to help provide the guidance and evaluations that will help
maintain optimum health.

metals, pollution etc.
- Toxins: Avoiding them as best we can including
the lesser known toxins such as pesticides, preservatives, etc.
- Exercise: Regular, non-traumatic, aerobic
- Stress Reduction: Relaxation techniques to
minimize stress and attempting to re-structure our lives to reduce the
external stresses placed on us by employers, friends, etc.
- Nutrition: Carefully chosen fresh, unpreserved
foods, along with the judicious use of balanced multi-vitamins and
minerals to ensure that all nutritional needs are being met, especially
as these needs usually increase with age.
- Anti-Oxidants: Using them, in moderation, to
help eradicate free-radicals (a cause of premature aging) and to help
eliminate pollutants, in turn this has a major benefit for the long-term
health of an individual.
- Hormone Maintenance: The carefully supervised use of hormones and precursors to ensure
that they remain at appropriate levels and this, in turn, can lead to improved mental and
